Outside Rental Sales Representative
Superior Rental is a full line equipment rental company with over 50 years of equipment rental expertise providing our customers the equipment solutions they need to get the work done safely, confidently and cost effectively while enabling them to conserve capital for their growth investments. We are currently looking for a full time Outside Rental Sales Representative.
Responsible for growing and developing equipment rental and sales.
Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of construction equipment.
Direct contact for all equipment sales, qualifying the customer while also providing Superior service, vendor interaction.
Stay on top of all training available on the various equipment lines that we carry. You will be required to study on-line, attend formal training seminars, and work with factory representatives to be aware of all available training available and obtain any individual training that they offer.
You will be the point person in handling equipment customer inquiries from internet, internal and external communication, and follow up is required in a timely manner.
Involved in all aspects of equipment merchandising, equipment display rotation, seasonal changes outs, branch support, security and safety of equipment and merchandise for retail sales showrooms.
Respond to incoming phone calls, voicemails, Job Queues and e-mails with a heightened sense of urgency.
Working knowledge of a wide range of construction equipment and its applications, operational and safety features, benefits and accessories
Ability to drive/operate multiple types of construction equipment.
Customer service focused, people person.
Ability to multi task within a face paced environment.
Must be thorough and great attention to detail.
Good communication skills, written, verbal and good phone etiquette.
